I wasn't the typical high school kid. Instead of after school sports, I would come home and start the dial-up modem so that I could teach myself HTML and fulfill my goal of having a presense on the web. Not long after that I earned my first, real commission check from banner ads on my websites. I wasn't even legally old enough to cash it at the time (thanks mom and dad!). Since then, I've applied that same passion to all things digital marketing. I was lucky enough to find my passion at a young age and I'm excited to stay on this path!

Initially hired on as Senior Partner Relations Manager for DFO, I was quickly promoted to building out their newest network, Verve Direct. I oversaw and directly managed the tracking implementation, design and tech aspects, as well as being tasked with onboarding new advertisers and new publishers.
Managed a database of 40,000 direct affiliates (30,000 brought on since the time of hiring). Actively managed monthly budgets of $1,000,000 for affiliate and network partners. Directly involved in all aspects of managing the sales team including the hiring of new employees. Reported directly to the CEO and worked closely with our development team to create industry leading promotional tools to help our affiliates maximize ROI. I would also represent the company at trade shows and have spoken on numerous panels for industry related events.
